Kovi Elkus is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lizrom Capital, a commercial real estate finance firm dedicated to connecting borrowers with optimal capital solutions across property types and markets nationwide.
Born in Melbourne, Australia, and having lived in the United States for over 21 years, Mr. Elkus brings a unique global perspective to commercial real estate finance. Prior to founding Lizrom Capital, he spent 15.5 years at Meridian Capital Group, where he served as Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets and established himself as one of the industry's most accomplished professionals.
During his tenure, Mr. Elkus negotiated billions of dollars in financing across multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and specialty property types throughout the United States. His portfolio of landmark transactions includes procuring a $1 billion line of credit, financing headquarters for technology giants Nvidia in Santa Clara, T-Mobile in Seattle, and Netflix in Los Gatos, CA.
Mr. Elkus's career foundation was built through diverse roles that provided comprehensive market insight. He began his professional journey at National Australia Bank as a financial adviser, followed by consulting for an international real estate firm, and REIS, where he authored research reports analyzing real estate markets across the country.
His educational background reflects his commitment to continuous learning and expertise development. Mr. Elkus holds a degree in Business and Computing from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, a Certificate in Real Estate and Finance from New York University, and a Postbaccalaureate in Psychology from Yeshiva University.

Nick Potter has more than two decades of commercial real estate finance and operational expertise. As Principal of Potter Asset Consultants, Nick provides advisory services in capital stack structuring and management, specializing in enhancing operational efficiencies for real estate owners, investors, and lenders.
Mr. Potter has held key leadership roles throughout his career, including serving as Chief Financial Officer and Management Committee Member for a major real estate firm overseeing more than 4,000,000 square feet of office, multifamily, and self-storage assets. As a commercial banker, he originated and managed over $1 billion in bridge and construction loans and played a vital role in resolving distressed assets from several failed financial institutions.
His comprehensive experience spans debt and equity sourcing, portfolio expansion, financial modeling, valuation analysis, lender advisory, and real estate asset management. Nick also holds a California Real Estate Broker license and has served as a director for several HOAs and non-profits.
Mr. Potter’s educational background includes dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
